A continuous Block-Strike Flow drill. It began with the traditional 6 Count drill, High, Medium, and Low strikes, and High, Medium and Low Blocks. Then add a Centre Thrust, and Block; and then another High Stike with a Wing Block, (the first High Block is an umbrella or rainbow Block.
